"Pratt and Whitney is a great employer for women. Although I have heard some stories from women who have worked here in past years who have said that it could be too much of a "boys club". But things are changing and I think that Pratt and Whitney is doing a lot to try to rectify the situation. "

"This is a great place to spend your career. They prefer promoting from within and are making strides are closing the gap on gender inequality. I just wish more women were promoted to leadership positions. "
