"Recent improvements to the maternity/parental leave policies have been nice. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules can be worked out, they are open to some working from home -- I have really felt in control of my work days/hours, especially since having kids, and I've appreciated that as long as my work is getting done (and done well), no one has objected to changing my schedule up a bit here and there."

"you are able to have work life balance. This company is flexible with school schedules and any other reason you have for flexing your hours. Many of the people in our group takes advantage of the Uflex benifit"
