"There is a great community here at UTC for female empowerment and promoting the advancement of women. We have come a long way as an organization and are still progressing on our journey. Male allies are present in many areas of the organization as well! "

"I would tell other women that there are many women in leadership/supervisor positions at UTC/Pratt & Whitney who are supportive and act as sponsors for their direct reports. Also, there is a strong community that stems from the ERGs/Leadership/Diversity and Inclusion for women and other people in affinity groups."
