"Vet your manager. I've seen mansplaining, especially out of the Indianapolis Marketing Cloud office. A VP gave his admin a dozen roses as a thank you in front of a room full of 200 people, thoroughly embarrassing her... if she was a man, he wouldn't have done that."

"You have to be aggressive for what you want here. Women aren't promoted as often because they won't be aggressive in situations with upper management."
