"It's very family oriented, which is a good thing, unless you don't have or plan to have a family. It can feel very isolating for the woman who decides not to have a family, more so than any other company I was ever employed. "

"SCE is a place that believes in supporting and empowering minorities and pushing to increase diversity in the workplace. As a marketing senior specialist, I can see the lengths that our Talent Acquisition team has gone to place women and people of color in leadership roles. As a remote employee, the work/life balance is great and the flexibility is unmatched. "

"SCE is committed to having more women in leadership positions over the next 10 years. I do notice that there are typically more men on my teams but I do see that changing to have more equal representation."
