"SCE is a great place to start and grow your career. I've been with the company for over 25 years - from the time I was in college, got married, and raised kids. During these times, I've been blessed with bosses who have been supportive and have been able to move around different departments. The only caveat is that not all areas in the company are the same. "

"Overall, the company is pretty great. They are really striving to match the diversity of the employee pool to the diversity of the community. Great benefits and good pay combine with the ability to move around the service territory / different jobs, makes it a sweet deal. On the tough side, work life balance suffering when the company hits a perceived crisis and some business lines are male dominated."

"Very supportive environment for young women, women with kids, and women with many years of experience. Plenty of diversity and inclusion with a genuine interest in making people comfortable while maintaining a professional environment, "
