"It's a great place to work, whether you're starting your career or are in mid-career. They just improved their paternity leave policy this year and it seems that every year they make improvements, based on what employees want. Yes, they actually listen to employees! For example, I had mentioned in various surveys that I wished Schwab would contribute more to our HSAs and they listened."

"This is honestly the best place where I've been employed, and I've been in the workforce for over 25 years! I've worked at Charles Schwab for 3 years and I only have wonderful things to say about this employer. I hope to retire from Schwab in 20 years! I wish I was working at Schwab when I had my kids, because they definitely have very good parental leave policies and one of the few companies that offers both vacation and sick leave."

"They seem to improve the maternity/paternity leave policy every year. Although it doesn't apply to me any more, I know lots of people take advantage of it. There are also special "mommy" rooms on every floor for breastfeeding moms. And no, you don't have to pump in a bathroom stall!"

"There are a lot of male executives and not enough women mentors. They need to allow for more flex time. "

"Being a part of the Schwab Family has been one of my best decisions, personally and professionally. In an industry where women haven't always been welcomed, its incredible to work for a firm that has firm values and beliefs that shine through each day.
