"Not a great place in terms of upward mobility, however it has great work life balance. In the process of moving jobs out of San Francisco to cheaper states."

"Flexibility is determined manager-by-manager. Culturally, working from home is generally not supported at the top of the house, so I feel guilty when I do it. Even though I'm putting in more time and being more productive when I do it."
