"Be careful! Ask questions! Protect yourself and document EVERYTHING. Don't trust HR to be your advocate or friend - they aren't in it for you. Be observant and watch how the culture encourages back-stabbing, competition and dishonesty."

"You will be sidelined and will regularly hear/see sexist comments from management. You'll hear women whispering to each other about it. Leadership falsely says that they prioritize diversity and inclusion, but you will be reminded each day that you are not welcome at the table."

"ServiceNow has changed a lot in the last few years with much more focus on creating a great culture and developing and supporting employees to "treat people beautifully". There are some employees who've grown up here and have a more old school mentality, but I've been impressed by how open they are to learning and changing. Definitely still on the journey, but this is a company with growth mindset and is evolving quickly."
