"With the new CEO and CHRO in the last year and change, the culture is quickly changing from good to great. They are making a very conscious effort to groom women leaders and are constantly looking at fair pay for all employees. All of this on top of being a rocket ship of a company with incredible products. "

"It is a very toxic culture in the marketing organization which is run by a bully and micromanager. The new CEO seems to have a vision to make ServiceNow a great place to work but needs to remove the CMO if he s going to attract more female talent. "
