"It is a male dominated environment. Women who conformed to the typical male stereotype seem to get ahead. The women I observed in leadership roles were single and didn't seem very happy in life while the majority of men at the top had stay at home wives. The diversity was extremely lacking. The offices are for the most part run independently and seem somewhat like a franchise model so experiences location to location seem to vary. However from talking to friends who work at various locations they seem focused on growth more than people. With constant turnover they seem to be able to keep the culture hype going without having to deliver on it. Leaders seem to stay mostly for financial reason rather than true passion for the job. "

"I don't have children but found the office to be family-friendly and supportive of employees with children. There were adult-only events and family picnics and outings. One of the company selling points is that they don't ask you to travel for work, so you stay in your state, which is less disruptive to your life. They want employees to be a part of the community, not spend all of their time at work. "
