"The opportunity to positively impact lives through your work is such a wonderful thing to have in your daily work. The company is big, but operates as a smaller organization and is very hierarchical.
Most leaders would like to be flexible and understanding, but policies and the work environment aren't formally set up to support it.
The higher you go, the more "always on" you become."

"Negotiate hard for your salary but don’t expect them to be competitive . This company is immature in terms of HR, and other professional skill sets normally found in technology companies. Because they lack key policies a career ladder definitions they inadvertently create gender gaps. Ask what level others in your role are at and ask for the same."
