"Working as a woman at Sprinklr requires the same level of initiative and inner motor that most jobs so. There are plenty of resources (mentoring, wellness etc.), you just have to avail yourself of them. Leadership opportunities for women and accessible women in leadership could be improved"

"As a working mom, Sprinklr "gets it"! I've been told multiple times that family comes first and it's genuine. Leadership trusts us to get the job done and is realistic to the challenges and demands that we all have in our personal life. "

"Your voice matters. ALL voices matter at Sprinklr. I was really impressed with the new-hire onboarding. So much time was spent on the Sprinklr Culture - it almost seemed too good to be true. To this day, I'm still impressed by how much Sprinklr cares about their employees and empowers every single person."

"I think Sprinklr values having women in leadership and supports you to get there. The maternity leave and parental leave policies are very good and the benefits for a family are as well. This job gives me the opportunity to be a very present parent while also succeeding in my career. There are women in every level of leadership in every department. "
