"Employees are empowered to do their jobs and are supported and treated with respect, kindness and transparency.
As a parent (to both 2 legged and 4 legged ones!) , I appreciate that we are encouraged to bring our whole-selves to work - not just 'work' matters but that our family, personal lives and all that comes with these daily interactions are respected, supported and encouraged.
I have never worked for a company that embodies all of these things daily and continually. The best thing that has happened in my career was finding Sprinklr and I am proud to work for such a remarkable company"
