"Yes - I have had a great experience in my time at Sprinklr over almost a 3 years period. I feel I have been recognized for my work and I have also been promoted! I think there are some business segments are do better at hiring women - but overall I would recommend any woman to work here!"

"I have the most amazing manager. He has years of experience and a wonderful coach. I can speak to him about anything and I am supported. This by far is the best manager I have had in my career."

"Sprinklr is a great place to work overall. They have made some substantial improvements over the last few years to make it even more favorable for women. My immediate leadership team is predominately female and I just got off of my first panel interview where all of the Sprinklr interviewees were female. Pretty awesome to see. Maternity leave benefits have recently increased as well. "
