"As time goes on, more & more women are going into leadership roles in this male-dominated industry & company, which is very appealing. All of the men I've worked with value me, respect me, and are very friendly. I've never felt like I am disadvantaged as a female working at Sprinklr. "

"I think certain roles are more difficult than others & require more hours to be put in. For Managed Services, we are not only technical, but we have to be good with building relationships & communication as well for our multiple clients. Due to that, we have to put in more hours, however, I do believe that we need to stick firm to a working schedule in order to have work-life balance of our own. Culture & Talent + leadership can tell you to not work long hours, but the employee has to actually make that happen on their own. "

"There are a lot of woman and working mothers at Sprinklr, but leadership is still male heavy. Luckily they are understanding, but because of timezone differences it can be hard to abide by working hours. Things are really flexible during the day and if you need to take time, so that makes up for sometimes having to take really early calls. "

"Great place to work. Women are treated equally the grand majority of the time, but there are a small handful of male leaders that do show some bias and need to gain more self awareness. These are the outliers.
In terms of flexible schedule, I have not felt restricted in when or where I work as long as I get my deliverables completed on time."
