"Its not secret if you are looking at Sprinklr that there are some bad reviews. I worked there for 7+ years and made it through the "dark ages". This tech is top of the line. Best of the best. They have made huge strides for equality and females can and do go far here. "

"I've had a positive experience working at Sprinklr as a woman. I think they value my feedback, I have opportunity to grow, and there is flexibility to move around within the company. I feel my pay is fair, but I'm not sure what it is relative to a man's salary in my same position. "
