Be prepared to dig your heals in and learn the platform as much as possible. If you are HR or Finance, etc, obviously you don't need to learn it, but try to understand what we do here so you can help bring in clients. That's the name of the game here.

    The flexibility is decreasing overall as we grow.

    Some departments are better than others. Being based out of NYC is a challenge since the expectations are high and work/life balance is limited. Being remote or working out of SF or Austin or London is much more flexible.
