"Sprinklr has a respectful culture that supports working women (and parents) and fosters growth for it's employees. Between employee led resource groups, mentoring opportunities, and initiatives focused on well being, I feel supported in all areas of development."

"I truly thought that I LOVED my last position, until I made the jump to Sprinklr. I have never experienced this level of camaraderie, collaboration and inclusion. I learn something new every single day, and it has reignited a sense of pride and accomplishment in what I do for the first time in a LONG time.
AND I get to experience that with a team that celebrates my wins, is compassionate about the reality of work-life balance and says hey to my kiddo when he makes the occasional cameo."

"I have never worked in a company with a better culture than Sprinklr. There are many programs to support mental health, work life balance, diversity and inclusion, etc. The pay is competitive. Leadership listens. I hope to stay with the company for many more years."
