"Personally, my experiences are dependent on my manager. I love my team and that strongly influences my view of Sprinklr. I'm not sure if everyone else has the same experience, as I know culture, pay, promotions, etc. vary from team to team. I would tell another woman that your manager is your greatest advocate, so to make sure you're working for someone you're confident in."

"I am surrounded by like minded women who are mothers, care-givers and wives. And they are all equally passionate about what they do and how they contribute to Sprinklr's overall success. You do not have to sacrifice one for the other. Wish I had joined Sprinklr earlier. "
