"Sprinklr is a very fast paced environment with collaborative teams. The amount of work is very high and having a work/life balance can be challenging at times. However, Sprinklr has a culture where you feel like you belong, are happier today than yesterday and your contributions matter. Having open and honest conversations of what you need to thrive professionally and what your personal needs are to have a healthy work/life balance are key. Sprinklr is a place of understanding with management who will support you in achieving your goals. They treat employees like family and it really shows.

"Be prepared to dig your heals in and learn the platform as much as possible. If you are HR or Finance, etc, obviously you don't need to learn it, but try to understand what we do here so you can help bring in clients. That's the name of the game here."
