"I have found strong female leadership and mentorship here, including my boss and our ERG Women At Squarespace. I want to see even more women in leadership roles, so please join our ranks!"

"I always feel able to step out of the office for an appointment, grab coffee with a colleague, and choose to stay later and come in later. It's really helpful to have such a flexible schedule to be able to regularly attend therapy, doctor's appointments, and other things you just need to do in life that are hard to fit into a two-day weekend."

"This employer encourages women with recurring women in the workplace seminars and panels and women's month events. They tangibly support women with tampons and pads in the bathrooms and a peaceful nursing room. "

"I'm one month into working here, coming from another mid-sized company. The culture is more grown up, more serious. Respect is give off the bat, and people assume that you are here because you know what you're doing - you don't have to prove to be worthy or an expert (the hiring process proves that). Squarespace is investing heavily in People and Culture as the company is growing at a fast rate. Lots of opportunity to come in and shape what this amazing company will be. Four of the biggest things I look at when joining a company: Diversity at the top. Great product. Strong brand. Financially stable (more than stable in this case). This company has it all. "

"I have not, but people on my team have and have had a great experience. 18 weeks of family leave for a new child (including adoption) and flexible working hours to ease the transition back in. "
