"Working at Sysco is like working at a corporation from the late 90's. People are very old-school, not just in terms of work-life balance, but even as they approach working innovatively. Most processes are stale and there are layoffs often. Overall, it's a safe environment to work in but there are definitely lots of good old boys clubs. "
