"The company itself is very inclusive, it is more the customer base you deal with (restaurants) that is challenging for women"
"Sysco was once a great place to work but bullies have moved in to the c-suite. They have high expectations and want to impact significant change but refuse to provide the resources necessary to support it. They “say” many of the right words, but fail to act. It’s almost as if they’ve come in to Sysco with a short term agenda to satisfy their personal goals and will leave it in shambles when they exit to the next rung in their career ladder. "
"Try to go into Merchandising. It's probably the fairest department."

"It is a great time to be part of the Sysco organization! Sysco, like many companies, is on a journey toward being a more diverse and inclusive workplace. The best part of Sysco's is that it is not just words, but more importantly you can see the ACTION taking place. The CEO and executive leadership team is setting a great example and still expects everyone to be part of the change. I've been fortunate to have had multiple strong women leaders in my time with Sysco that each really saw something in me and led to 5 different positions in less than 8 years. #Blessed #Proud #Sysco"

"I've had a great work experience at the company. I feel like you can find other women as mentor's, there are resource groups and I have had the pleasure of working with several bosses who support and sponsor my career."
