"It's hard physical work and they expect more and more work out of you."

"it all depends on what store you are at and who your managers are . you are expected to get your work done as well as getting others work done when they do not finish. Women are mostly in support roles and you find only a few in upper store management, At least where I work now. if you are "JUST" a team member you are treated as such and are not heard or at least they listen but nothing is done. you do have "favorites" that will get the hours the pay and the recognition."

"Expect the beat for less pay. I have worked here for 5 months. Hours are flexible for availability, if it fits their needs. But recently they've cut the departments hours more. I struggle to complete my tasks, asking for help from anyone in close by departments, no help."
