"Great company, on the store level the quality of your STL (store manager) determines the quality of your experience. My first STL was supportive of me taking it easy at work but still expected long hours and for me to be available 24/7"

"The management is very kind, and there are always a ton of opportunities to cross train. Some positions can be more stressful than others though, so I wish they would compensate their part time employees better. Better pay, benefits and more hours goes a long way,"
