"In PS there are very few female leaders and managers. Be prepared to be the only technical woman in the conversation, and find an advocate. The company culture seems to be getting more self aware, and many leaders are having tough conversations that I wouldn't have expected even a year ago. I am hopeful that will include addressing the PS workforce as well. "

"If you can tolerate a very masculine culture, lots of big egos and micro-agression, you will do well here. Brains and drive are valued. "

"I think Teradata is a dynamic organization, going through a period of change, for the better. The working hours can mostly be flexible and the focus is on output rather than hours spent at your desk. The ability to log on from home and do your work in a flexible location is also a wonderful benefit. People are collaborative, it is a global environment and there is a real team spirit in the company. "
