"In my three years of work here, I have worked with Women who are technical leads. It is amazing to see women in technical leadership position. At Teradata, if you are good at what you do, then being a women does not impede your growth; your work will be appreciated. "

"I am seeing more and more women step into leadership roles and especially women who are being promoted internally. There is so much room for career growth, and they give you the resources to keep learning. They were quick to make a shift when the pandemic hit that allowed for a more balanced work/life schedule. The new CEO has already made a huge difference in leading the company and the culture is getting better. I see myself staying at Teradata for a long time!"
