"Terex recently adopted a maternity leave plan. I was disappointed it was not around 6 years ago when my daughter was born -- back then it was just Short Term Disability pay at 67% for 6 weeks. "

"You need to be brave, be honest and you will be respected more.
Do not play the poor-woman card - that will not go down well.
Be transparent and fair and you will receive the same back. I have always had an excellent relationship with my leadership team and that allowed me to progress. "

"There is discrepancy between countries and regions- IE - flexi-time in US but not in Europe. There are limited policies - such as fair travel policy - and when they do exist they are at "managers discretion" so rarely granted. "

"Terex is a great place to work and have had the opportunity to advance in my career. As with all other companies, there are areas across the board that bring us down at times and I believe the CEO is pushing for improvements in these areas. "
