"From my experience at Terex women are not treated the same as Men. I have sit in multiple meetings where I am the only women in the room and do not get asked any questions about my work directly but instead go to the male above me. Decisions are made about my work and I am not consulted on it and just expected to get it done. I believe that even employees at the lower levels should be involved in the discussions of there work. There are women at the Staff/Senior level but at the manager level and above there are not many women in those roles. Also the culture is not very inclusive and there are often days where I sit in my cube with no communication with anyone in the office. "

"We are fortunate to not have to think about being a woman at Terex, we are all equal team members. If anyone would treat you differently because you are a woman it would be addressed and you would have support. Terex has a very diverse and accepting culture with supportive team members. There are also many women in high level positions willing to be mentors or share their experiences."
