"I got along great with my team at my location. There wasn't a stigma towards women as much as HR in general that I felt I really helped to remove."

"The company does have a women-empowering program called Women@Terex which was great. The company did not do a great job at incorporating men into the program. The events often included activities that would describe ways to stop sexism in the workplace, but the activities were pretty obvious to the women participating, and incredibly eye opening to the few men that went to the events. The men on my team (everyone but me) did not actually know they were allowed to attend these events until I went and then asked why they didn't go. The company needs to do better about letting the team members know that men are an important part of this program."

"The company is doing more with less resources at the moment. Jobs can be demanding and stressful due to lack of resources/team members. There is a decent amount of women in supervisor and management positions but it still seems like it takes longer for them to get there but I could be wrong. "
