"It is a wonderful place to work. Managers care about staff and there is flexibility to work remotely, or adjust hours. There is tremendous opportunity for high performers. "

"I love working at The Hartford. There is a reason I've been here for 25 years. The culture is open and inclusive. Our leadership is open and honest and not afraid to challenge employees or themselves. We have the freedom to experiment, fail and voice our opinions. I have spent half my life growing up at the Harford and created a wonderful career that I wouldn't change for anything. We are organization that treats one-another as family, which is what I value most."
