"Thomson Reuters has provided me with many opportunities to learn new things and gain experience in management level roles. I have enjoyed the people I've worked with over the years and have always felt supported by my teammates and my superiors. Most important to me has been the flexibility, whether it be flexible working hours or working from home when needed, which has allowed me to raise 3 beautiful children and manage a fulfilling career at the same time."

"I love working at TR. It's provided me with many opportunities to grow not only in my career but also personally. Just like any big company you're going to find great teams & managers, and poor teams & managers, but I myself have been incredibly fortunate with my experience. "

"I'm not certain on the amount of unpaid leave given, as I'm past this stage in my life. However, the paid leave for not only maternity but also paternity is 16 weeks. And most people wrap their vacation time around it, so it's a lot of paid time. It's quite impressive for a US company to offer this much paid maternity AND paternity time. "

"Women are truly championed at Thomson Reuters. We are supported by each other, by our teams and by our leadership to develop ourselves personally and professionally. We have business resource groups (BRGs) like Women@TR where I participate in the events to network, learn, and gain mentorship from other women here. We also have SO many resources available for diversity and inclusion which gives an intersectional lens to understand one another and a safe space to be included no matter your race, gender, sexual orientation, etc. You're truly championed here in our culture of inclusivity!
