"Paid plus unpaid parental leave combined is up to 26 weeks total in a 12 month period. There's also time allocated from maternity disability leave. However, I would say really if more time is needed, there's a lot of flexibility that can be negotiated around scheduling, plus working remote, with your immediate manager."

"I find the atmosphere both challenging (career-wise - always thinking of how we can do things differently and better) and supportive (flexible, lots of opportunity for growth and gaining new experiences)."

"On the sales side, it is still very male driven. However, on the corporate side, the leaders are very supportive of all employees and building professional development where employees want to grow. As a large company, women need to be champions of their own careers - no one will look out for your development but you."
