"They are committed to include more diversity in the workplace. They offer special programs catered towards women to help foster growth. I feel there is a lot of measures in place to ensure employees are treated fairly regardless of gender, color, or sexual orientation. "

"I am seeing more and more women in executive positions. Although some managers might treat men and women differently, as a whole the company does not. They are pretty good about letting people work from home depending on their position. I have worked from home for about 10 years now. "

"I have had great managers at Thomson Reuters who set the bar very high. However 2 years ago I started working under a new manager and I have never felt like he knows me or my skill set. It's been frustrating trying to get him to "see" me."

"It's a great place to work as a woman. While I will not say it's 100% gender-bias free, the fact is that up till now, I have seen my career progression and growth where I'm looked at as a person and not as what my gender defines me as."
