"They put a lot of emphasis on promoting women at TR. In my opinion, too much emphasis. We’ve seen women leaders being promoted when they don’t deserve it. Especially in technology. "

"He’s supportive when it comes to defending a decision I made or because I’m pretty quiet and don’t speak up generally, but as far as actively looking to help me succeed or grow, that’s nonexistent. Like he doesn’t have time for that. "

"Ask your manager about getting involved in the women-centric programs. There are mentorship, leadership, and career sponsorship programs available that I loved."

"It really depends on the team and manager. On different teams I was able to work from home a handful of times per year, and on another team I worked from home almost exclusively. Generally people understand if something comes up and you need to change your hours."
