"The parental leave here is amazing. After the most recent re-org, the company seems confused as to what path it’s on. If your okay working with not clearly defined goals, then this place is great."

"It's a great organization as people are polite and most are willing to share their knowledge. There are definitely pockets of the organization that play politics to the max. Most managers allow you to set your "in office / work" hours with the expectation you will get your work done and not be micromanaged in that regard. Definitely open to remote work when necessary."
