"Hard work and talent is recognised, regardless of gender, race etc. Solid and explicit goals have been committed to by leadership to improve diversity. Very open platform for discussion on how to improve conditions."

"I think TR provides employees great flexibility to do their jobs. I have a chronic illness and the ability to work from home has made my life much easier on "bad" days and more productive while working. "
