      "Make sure you are coming in at a manger or higher level. Also seek a sponsor right away. Environment is great but depends on where you are (not uniform). People are wonderful!"

      "Thomson Reuters is a unique business, in that they have aquired several businesses over the years, making it exceptionally more difficult to create a desired culture in a highly matrixed and global organization. However, the idea the leaders are making moves, while also growing themselves, says a lot about the people and the type of company they are [and who they want to be]"
