      "I work in technology, a traditionally male dominated arena, but our team are split evenly male/female at management level. I feel in the wider company at executive level, there is a positive and visible drive towards gender diversity and on the ground I have had significant support from female and male colleagues to enable progression through a variety of roles in the department. "

      "TR has made it a priority to promote women in Technology from the upper echelons of leadership. They've also implemented balanced and generous parental leave for women AND MEN which I think is just amazing. I'm also super proud to work for the company that includes Reuters news agency - one of the best, least biased and most respected news agencies in the world. Also - working in Technology - i feel that they respect and promote women more than many other organizations and I feel that I'm setup for success here. LOVE IT AT TR! #working@TR"
