"If you are a problem solver (as most women are), and want to make positive changes with products, services and in the world, then you need to review opportunities at Thomson Reuters! I have been very fortunate to be a part of this organization that has allowed me to solve for problems outside of my role, which has lead me to additional roles. I happen to have my dream job now as the Director of Community Relations! I help people every day, representing Thomson Reuters! "

"I actually adopted, not maternity leave, and they still allowed me to do this. Now they have a parental leave policy that includes men being able to take the same amount of time as women (12 weeks), and either can take it within the first year of the child either being born or coming to live with them (foster or adopt). Amazing! "

"I work with talented leaders that don't see me as just another employee. They care, they seek to hear my voice, and they want to know more about me as a person. Our parental leave policy is best-in-class and truly helps families focus on important time with their new child. Our vacation/holiday program is generous and allows us to get away from the office to refresh & relax. "

"Our company understands that life doesn't just happen outside of working hours. I've always found my leadership to be supportive when I need to take care of things like doctor appointments, kid activities, illness, etc. I appreciate not feeling judged about facetime and instead are held accountable for my performance regardless of what time of day I'm able to login to achieve my goals. "We offer both men and women 12 weeks of paid parental leave plus short-term disability on top of this. It's a really bold move to ensure our employees can focus on their families and has helped in attracting and retaining talent. "
