"The company has degraded significantly in recent years, using routine lay-offs to keep the figures high with shareholders while compromising trust with employees. It is a regular and reoccurring practice to eliminate positions and lay off individuals, rehiring them at less and recreating the position after 2 years. "

"Thomson Reuters has placed a priority on advancing women in leadership, as we currently lag in this respect. We have a goal to have 40% of management positions held by women by 2020. I feel the company is making an effort to develop the pipeline of talented women leaders so that we will be able to meet the 2020 goal."

"The diversity/women in the workplace groups are great and run many events each year. The new parental leave policy is great for both moms and dads. As a woman in tech, I feel like I have a lot of opportunities for personal and career growth here."
