"This is a company where being a woman is not usually an advantage or disadvantage, in an industry that tends to attract women at the lowest levels. There are numerous women managers, VPs, directors, etc. and the current head of HR, well she has been amazing in bringing women in this company into this century.
If you like flexible WFH arrangements and generous family benefits, this is a great place to work."

"It all depends on the group. My previous group was a true old boys club. Rampant mansplaining and condescension towards (the few) female employees. But the next group I joined was great in terms of women's equality, and I have been grateful to be able to do my job without all the bullshit. So my only advice is to learn as much as you can about the group dynamics."
