"The fact that I have been working in the same organization for over 8 years says a lot about the culture of the organization top down. I have had great bosses and peers who have always been very supportive of what I do and also goaded me to go beyond my comfort zone. The focus on diversity and inclusion for the organization is not just tick in a box it goes beyond."

"Fantastic and employee friendly policies. Infact even men are being encouraged to take parental leave to support their spouse. Focus is also on having male as allies and bring in a shift in mindset."

"The location of the Bangalore Office specifically is an issue. The commute is cumbersome and I think the management should plan for more satellite offices for folks to connect from to avoid time wasted and frustration built around commute to work. No all work can be done from home so coming to work is very important as well. I think that will also let employees consider staying back more. "

"I have never felt less valued as a woman at TR. We have many women in higher level positions and it's quite encouraging to see women continue to gain new opportunities. We also have a women's resource group that puts events together specifically for women at TR and they do great work to bring our company together. "

"As a foster parent, I have to make quick decisions on if I should bring a child into my home and TR makes the decision much easier. Our most recent placement was a newborn baby and TR's parental leave policy allows for a full 12 weeks off for not only birth, but foster care and adoption. And it was on a moment's notice! I had told my manager it could be in the next few weeks and it was literally the next DAY! This made the stress of being home with a newborn much easier! I was extremely excited to know that I can take this time. "

"TR recently expanded leave to include both parents, a full 12 weeks, and you can split it into two different times off. If your partner works at TR, they can also take 12 weeks off to be with the new child. As I also mentioned, this is not just for birth, but TR also offers this for foster children AND adoption. While I can't take it again for another 12 months, I expect I will use it again, because we will continue to bring foster children in to provide a loving and safe place. And TR helps to make that happen! "
