"There are cultural nuances that come to play which are sometimes quite stringent when it comes to work hours. I'm fortunate to be part of a global team which largely works remotely and that my job is not in Operations which would require me to be at the office all the time."

"The company does great things and really promotes diversity in the workplace. But most of the middle management is your typical mid-40s white man, and it can be hard to have your voice heard if you don't cater to his opinions and idea of what a "successful" person is and how a "successful" person acts. "
