"There is an awareness that we lack women and POC in leadership levels. The company is actively working on this and there are programs available to develop talent within the organization. While we have a ways to go, I believe leadership believes in making a change and is committed to it."

"Where an official policy exists, the company is rigorous about equality, be that gender equality, LGBT inclusion or race. However, many decisions for lower levels of staff are taken unofficially and there are then no checks on the biases of individual decision makers.
Pay gap is small; there are plenty of women in C-level posts."
