"Thomson Reuters has a systemic policy of laying off employees approximately every two years, typically in Q4, in order to keep the books in black. Employees will then be hired back at a lower rate. It is demoralizing. There is also a cap on salary, and a lack of diversity overall. Hours ranged from good to unreasonable, depending on my manager - which changed frequently."
