"This is my third Fortune 500 company and - by far - the best culture. Most people are very practically minded. Teamwork and respect are good. Leaders are authentic. Keen focus on sustainability. My manager allows great flexibility, and I think most managers do. I love it here. And there's a serious commitment to career development for women - and to hiring more women. I'm proud of the products we make and way we make them. "
"My function by nature is already majorly female. IR feels like a small company despite our size. I can easily make connections across the company and am consistently encouraged to do so. The pace of change is increasing, but that’s a sign of our times. Sometimes our internal processes make the rapid change difficult, but we are learning."
"IR is a great place to work and provides an extremely supportive network for women. The commitment to women feels genuine, supported by concrete actions and reflected in company leadership."
"It is a good place to work and develop your career, however, promotions are heavily leaning towards relationships than contributions. "
"One of the things that brought me to IR was the top-down, CEO level commitments to climate change and gender parity. At my previous company I was often the only woman in the room. Here, the majority of meetings are gender balanced. Leadership has incredibly smart, talented women who are driving the business. The board has three female board members, which is basically unheard of. The commitment to gender parity is real."
