"Trane Technologies recognizes that to continue to be successful they need to have more women in this industry which has always been predominantly male. The innovation, diversity of thought, and leadership that women bring to a business is truly valuable and can shift a whole organization positively. The have aggressive gender parity goals for not only hiring women into leadership roles but to support, offer and guide development of current female employees. I love working for a company who recognize the importance of diversity of all kinds. They really do walk the talk! "

"The company overall is trending in the right direction but has a ways to go. It's worth your time. Trane especially. The HVAC Industry continues to trend in the green/technology direction. It's not going anywhere. Do your homework and talk to others in the particular group, region you are considering."

"It is a great company, and there are many opportunities for women. They are committed to change and to driving the culture forward -- though it is still a "top down" commitment and that shows. Also - the commitment to Paradigm for Parity is actually making some cultural aspects more difficult - now women are being seen as a threat in some organizations and environments. Definitely consider working here -- but look hard at the culture of the specific group that you are looking to join."
