"Leaders are very supportive of DEI, but at the lower levels (specifically in engineering) things are still very male dominated. Vacation and parental leave policies are among the worst I've seen."

"Depending on the type of job, women definitely have equal opportunity for growth. Trane Technologies is part of Paradigm for Parity, OneTen Coalition, and has a lot of other initiatives to increase women and POC in leadership roles. The hiccup is the "requirements" of jobs that women are notoriously not developed in - as an example, 10 years in HVAC may not include many women candidates at all. However, benefits, flexibility, and overall culture of the ability to bring your full self to work are truly part of who the company is."
