"One of the things that brought me to IR was the top-down, CEO level commitments to climate change and gender parity. At my previous company I was often the only woman in the room. Here, the majority of meetings are gender balanced. Leadership has incredibly smart, talented women who are driving the business. The board has three female board members, which is basically unheard of. The commitment to gender parity is real."

"The culture at Ingersoll Rand is focused on what is getting done and how we are getting the task accomplished. I appreciate the balance of focus on the what and how of the work.
I am been rewarded for my hard work within the company. I have been presented with challenging assignments that have stretched me and I can say that I have definitely grown into a stronger leader and practitioner after 6.5 years with the company."

"My manager is amazing. She is an awesome role model and coach. I am really focused on strategic thinking and implementation and she is a star in that area.
I love that she provides honest feedback that is timely. She doesn't wait for the mid/year-end assessments. I know how I am performing and I know when she didn't get the level of result she expected."
