"Not a safe place to make mistakes. Document everything. Clique culture. Tenured employees have more value in their opinions, observations, and ideas. Not supportive of their military employees or military family members as they are their members. "

"Say farewell to work life balance as there will be none unless you are management or higher. If they wanted you to have a life or family, they'd issue schedules compatible with them. The education benefit however is second to none. Funds fronted via education card, no strings."
