"The company has a strong will to gain more female talent within their rows, especially engineering. The culture is very welcoming and family-oriented overall, work-life balance is excellent and volunteering (to any non-profit such as schools) is highly encouraged. There are times when things are very busy and it's required that you work long hours, but that rarely happens more than once a year - and for the rest everything is really flexible as long as you get your job done."
